Quick Group x Invictus Yacht: Elevating Onboard Experience, Inspiring Innovation

Quick Group x Invictus Yacht: Elevating Onboard Experience, Inspiring Innovation

May 07, 2026

RAVENNA, May 2026

  • Quick Group works closely with shipyards to deliver tailored solutions across its product portfolio
  • Invictus Yacht integrates a broad array of Quick Group systems, from stabilization and lighting to water heaters, windlasses and anchoring equipment
  • A shared focus on quality enhances onboard experience and owner satisfaction
  • The collaboration highlights how shipyard feedback can directly influence next-gen product development

As one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of marine equipment for boats, yachts and superyachts, Quick Group is a go-to partner for leading shipyards throughout Europe and beyond. Its comprehensive catalogue of products spans a broad array of equipment categories, making it the perfect choice for brands that need proven engineering, reliable parts and the full support of an engineering and manufacturing company with extensive in-house capabilities.

But working with Quick Group offers far more. It extends to a symbiotic partnership that allows shipyards to customise products to their needs, while also contributing invaluable feedback that can influence research and future product development.

For a perfect example of how this relationship benefits both supplier and builder – and, by extension, boat and yacht owners – you only have to look at the partnership between Quick Group and leading luxury yacht brand Invictus Yacht.

Quick Group’s products appear prominently on Invictus Yacht models, highlighted in particular on the flagship Invictus TT550 and ST550, both of which made their global debuts at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2025. The 16.87-metre models stand out for their blend of contemporary elegance, style and onboard liveability, enhanced by noble materials such as teak, stainless steel and high-quality veneers, as well as cutting-edge technical finishes. Build quality and superlative design are central to both variants – the ST550 offering spacious interiors, and the TT550 embodying the essence of open-air living and dayboat practicality. These qualities make using equipment of the highest standard essential.

But while the models are new, the relationship between Invictus Yacht and Quick Group stretches back more than a decade. “We started working with the shipyard even before the Invictus Yacht brand was born back in 2014,” begins Alessandro Fiorentini, Key Account Manager at Quick Group. “So we were already working with the team there, building our relationship and solving problems together. We were there from day one of Invictus Yacht – it started with some of our core products including windlasses and battery chargers, but our relationship has always been very strong and over time this gave us the opportunity to gradually step in with different products, including water heaters, lighting solutions– including underwater lighting – and, more recently, some of the additional brands in our portfolio.

Key to the growing collaboration with Invictus has been close cooperation on a daily basis as part of Quick Group’s development of its OEM offering. “We have direct contact with all the departments in the shipyard – the technical, purchasing and production departments – in order to develop products, to share ideas and to forecast what they need in terms of stock for their production,” confirms Stefano Tinti, OEM Sales Director at Quick Group. “In that sense we are not just a supplier, we are partners.”

Catalogue to custom
For Invictus Yacht, it starts with selection from the Quick Group catalogue but that can quickly lead to a more involved process to ensure the components are optimised for the models the shipyard is building.
“The Quick Group catalogue is extensive, offering a wide range of products for recreational boats, from lighting solutions to steering systems,” says Domenico Vitaliano, Quality Control Manager at Invictus Yacht. “The projects offered are often attractive because they are complete in every part, allowing for installation while maintaining the manufacturer’s originality. The vast range offers numerous solutions already tested by Quick Group, so the project begins with a simple selection of products and then we consult with Quick Group’s professionals to identify any alternative or customised items during the preliminary design phase, although the product offerings often perfectly match our projects’ needs.”

“During the early stages of design and when updating the shipyard’s model lines, we often work closely with the Group’s technicians to develop custom products,” Vitaliano continues.  "A prime example is the collaboration between our technical teams, which led to the development of an innovative RGBW lighting management system capable of optimizing installation times for lighting applications. This know-how, beyond its undeniable advantages in terms of material and resource savings, also represents an innovation that could be introduced in the nautical sector by Quick Group." In this regard, he emphasizes how the Group consistently demonstrates a strong collaborative approach, offering tailored solutions that lead to new — and sometimes unique — design outcomes. “The originality of the installed product is immediately recognized by the customer, who appreciates the implemented applications as carefully researched and presented as reliable and functional,” he adds.

Quality, experience and technology
For the TT550 and ST550 models, the elements supplied by Quick Group cover the gamut of equipment, from mooring and anchoring to lighting, water heaters and even stabilization. Both models, for example, carry Quick Group’s tender recovery winch and the mooring system developed by Sanguineti, an iconic brand which also falls under the Quick Group umbrella. Both models feature Quick Group’s advanced lighting solutions, including the LED kits developed for the hard tops and for the interiors. The ST550 also features Quick Group’s advanced gyro stabilizer, which recently underwent a design and technical upgrade to offer optimised performance in a smaller footprint, among other developments. This latest evolution further reinforces the system’s proven reliability, now backed by an extended four-year warranty, reflecting Quick Group’s ongoing commitment to quality and peace of mind for owners.

“For us, Invictus shares the same philosophy as we do when it comes to the level of quality and the commitment of their employees, because they too have passionate people working there,” says Tinti. “That quality seeps down to the end user, and that’s important because the quality of life of the owner onboard is the first point that both shipyard and suppliers must have top of mind – staying safe and being able to relax both when they are navigating and when they are at anchor is key, and that’s fundamental to our collaboration with the shipyard.”

Future development
The partnership with Invictus Yacht is a perfect example of how Quick Group is able not only to cater to a shipyard’s many demands with quality product, but also to work with a shipyard to develop more tailored products that elevate the shipyard’s yachts while also benefitting end customers.
“The two brands – Quick Group and Invictus Yacht – work very well together in design solutions to achieve the perfect balance between quality and aesthetics,” confirms Vitaliano. “Sharing the importance of product image and reliability is essential for choosing unique and innovative solutions.”

As for the future, Quick Group continues both to innovate and to integrate, ensuring client shipyards will have even more opportunities to benefit from the company’s solutions. These include not only aspects such as deck hatches and pantograph doors, but also integration of Quick Group thruster systems with Volvo Penta’s Assisted Docking system and Mercury Marine’s Joystick Piloting system, broadening the possibilities across a range of yacht styles. It also serves to highlight changing patterns in ownership and the way people are enjoying life afloat.

“Most innovations are driven by the end customer, and having a direct link with the shipyard means we receive from them exactly what the customer wants,” Fiorentini enthuses. “It means we are able to catch new market trends and develop solutions, because the people who go boating today are not the same as those of 20 years ago, and the next generation will go boating differently again. Our direct link with the shipyard and with their final customers means we can evolve with them.”

More than that, though, is the ability of Quick to provide solutions that improve the efficiency of installation and maintenance, as evidenced by advances made with the LED lighting systems supplied to Invictus Yacht. “Our innovation with the lighting and the wiring behind it – using new technologies and developing plug connectors that allow for faster installation and maintenance – has solved a problem, because what took two people eight hours before now only takes one hour,” Fiorentini asserts. “So there’s a huge impact on production, and they not only save time and money on the build phase but they also get real quality, and that really shows through in the unlikely event that you have a problem. Moreover,” he continues, “they want a specific look, and that’s something we can offer too.”

For Invictus Yacht, these are the elements that not only are central to the design and construction of their yachts, but also to the experiences of their owners – and that, fundamentally, can make all the difference when it comes to client satisfaction. “A shipyard’s image grows over time through customer feedback on product support and quality,” says Vitaliano. “Given the extensive distribution and support network offered by this partnership, service interventions are often timely, restoring product functionality and increasing customer confidence in the purchased product. This partnership undoubtedly benefits both our and Quick Group’s image,” he concludes, “and provides the impetus to consistently create aesthetically pleasing solutions that combine quality and reliability.”
